Our Club Membership Vacation Plan is for (40) forty years which can be used by you, your family or friends, either in Barbados every year, or they can exchange through Resorts Condominiums International (RCI).

RCI is an exchange network with which we are affiliated, with over 4000 resorts in over 80 countries around the world. All of our weeks are categorised by RCI as high demand red weeks.

For those potential timeshare members who want to buy timeshare in beautiful Barbados but would like to see or try it first before they buy it - here's your opportunity!!!

This trial program enables its potential members to book up to two (2) weeks of accommodation within a sixteen (16) month period at a preset price. All you have got to do is pay a rental fee, when you book your respective holidays. Fees are as follows:

Rates are VAT Inclusive.
Rates do not include 10% Service Charge.
Rates are for double occupancy.

To take advantage of this offer you must attend a 90 minutes sales presentation of the South Beach Resort. If married, cohabitating or engaged, both parties must attend the presentation together to qualify for the reduced rates.

Reservations are accepted on space available basis. A pre-payment using a major credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

When you are finally ready to buy your timeshare you may apply the same rental fee to your timeshare deposit.
